{from Bridesmaid to Everyday} Embellished Cardigan

For the wedding, we wore this cardigan from J Crew over the dress

So I decided to use part of the dress to embellish the cardigan
Materials Needed:
16 - 1.5" x 1.5" squares of fabric
16 - 1.5" x 1.5" squares of a sheer fabric

Take one of the 1.5" x 1.5" squares

 Fold the square in half
Cut a V in the middle of the square on the opposite side of the fold
Then cut a V shape again, making the fabric look like an actual V (upside down)
Open the V, and it is an X shape
Continue making these X's until you have 16 of the fabric and 16 of the sheer fabric

Place a sheer X on top of a fabric X.  Take the needle and thread and sew it onto the cardigan
All the way down each side of the cardigan

It's just that easy!  It dresses up a cardigan or t-shirt!
